These general terms and conditions (hereinafter 'T&Cs') govern the contractual relationship between GIGZ (hereinafter 'the Platform'), a company incorporated under Belgian law, and any natural or legal person using the Platform's services (hereinafter 'the User').
Access to the Platform is reserved for registered users. Any registration implies acceptance of these T&Cs and the privacy policy. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
GIGZ connects temporary workers and companies in the events sector. The Platform facilitates the management of contracts, assignments and invoicing. GIGZ is not the employer of temp workers — employment contracts are concluded directly between the temporary employment agency and the worker.
GIGZ undertakes to provide its services with due care. The Platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of its services. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for compliance with applicable legal obligations (NSSO, VAT, GDPR).
The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, accessible from your account settings. In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification and erasure of your data.
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, unless otherwise required by law.
